Morning View Labs ("we," "us") is a small software studio that designs, builds and ships web and mobile apps. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Information you send us. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message. The contact form doesn't send anything to our servers; it opens your own email app with the message filled in, and nothing is sent until you send it.
- Usage data. Our hosting provider records basic technical data (IP address, browser type, pages requested) in server logs needed to operate and secure the site. We don't use analytics or advertising trackers, and the site doesn't set cookies of its own.
How we use your information
- To respond to your enquiries.
- To maintain, secure, and improve the website.
Who we share it with
We share data only with the service providers that help us run Morning View Labs:
- Heroku — hosts the website.
- Cloudflare — manages our domain and forwards email sent to our address.
We do not sell your personal information.
Data retention and deletion
We keep correspondence for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and longer where the law requires us to keep business records. To have your information deleted, contact us at the address below.
Your rights

Children's privacy
Morning View Labs is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
